Steven Rinehart is a patent attorney, who regularly prepares and files patents and trademarks. He obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2003 after matriculating at Brigham Young University (BYU) in Provo, studying Computer Science, Naval Science and English as an undergraduate. Steve has handled over 1,000 patent and trademark filings and hundreds of lawsuits and arbitrations involving patents and trademarks. Steve is licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the State of Utah, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the Eastern District of Texas, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He has experience litigating intellectual property cases before the USPTO, the TTAB, the PTAB, the ITC, and National Arbitration Forum.
